  3. Choose who you are: Apprentice, Employer or RTO. Switch roles any time.
  4. Apprentice: open your week. Each week has its own card.
  5. Apprentice: log what you did. Add the work, your hours and how much help you needed.
  6. Apprentice: add a photo as proof. It becomes evidence for your qualification.
  7. Apprentice: submit to your boss. Your supervisor gets it straight away.
  8. Employer: review the week. It lands in your Approvals list.
  9. Employer: sign it off. Tick the declaration and approve, or reject with a note.
  10. Apprentice: see it approved. Approved weeks count toward your qualification.
